Response to Few Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Why do you do TNI?

Response: Meaningful intervention leads to productive results, benefitting all stakeholders. This helps in the quantification and prioritization of what is expected from our team. Clarity and focused approach helps everyone

Question 2: How do you do TNI/TNA?

Response: A small basic information-seeking document to be filled beforehand by HR or the department head; a Telephonic, video call thereafter with a minimum of 3-4 key stakeholders is a must, thereafter few intended participants of the targetted audience

Question 3: How do you measure training effectiveness?

Response: In case it's a single intervention done to address the immediate need, then we do post-training feedback and assessment immediately after the session. We also create videos of learning recaps of the maximum number of participants. We also click images of what participants are writing in their workbooks/notepads. We also document expectation mapping activity and participant's queries

The majority of our clients give us a year-long intervention commitment for employee engagement, results must be measured every month and as per the intervention post 15 and 30 days for product/process training. For behavioural/experiential workshop it is measured after 21-30 days to assess retention of the learning plan and follow up of self-decided action plan by participants

Question 4: What steps do we take to maximise retention of learning and implementation of the action plan?

Response: At the end of the workbook, the perforated tear sheet is expected to be filled diligently, the image is clicked by the individual and the sheet can be pinned at their seating place. Besides as per budget we also give customised gifts to help them retain and implement the training theme. We also encourage participants to create WhatsApp app group to exchange and share best practices; thereby building upon strengths/excellence

Question 5: How do you price your offering?

Response: Factors considered while offering the quote

  1. Is it generic training/workshop? Audience segment

  2. Experience and qualification of trainer/facilitator

  3. Extend of customisation, Bespoke is priced high

  4. Workbook creation and quality of printing

  5. Content development for videos, PPT, workbook 

  6. Memorilibia gifts required at the end of the session

  7. The pricing varies from INR 1100/- to 5500/- per participant, subject to a minimum of 17 participants as a trainer cost. Props, consumables, printing, misc extra

  8. Other expenses, travel, stay, misc as per actuals

Question 6: Do you offer Online training and costing?

Response: Yes we also offer online training, the cost is usually INR 8000/- to INR 17,000/- for the basic level-1 of product, and process training. However, training effectiveness is limited

Question 7: Do you offer online business simulation and costing?

Response: yes we also offer online business simulation and activities, the cost varies from INR Rs800/- to Rs2200/- per participant. Minimum 14 participants

Question 8: Cost of Signature Workshop?

Response: Signature workshops are facilitated by either our Co-Founders or a senior facilitator. The cost varies from INR Rs80,000/- to Rs 1,20,000/- by a Co-Founder. In case its senior facilitator cost varies from INR Rs35,000/- to Rs 50,000/- per session as a facilitation fee only. Props, Travel, Gifts, Workbook, Misc as per actuals

Question 9: Cost of Gamification /LMS/Digitilisation?

Response: Minimum INR Rs800/- per user per annum for plain vanilla offering. Final cost after understanding the scope of work and detailed discussion 

Question 10: What's Complimentary and Free?

Response: At the moment, my books are free to download for a limited time. Online Diagnostics, TNI, TNA and one visit at your retail outlet, service workshop, factory/office premises and brief training as a sample is free/complimentary in India. (P.S. This cannot be claimed as a right). Our specialisation remains Automobile, Ancillary, manufacturing, white goods, and consumer durables sector.
